I'm all done with winter now. The snow was cute, up until Christmas, but other than the requisite amounts that are needed to keep our ski mountains running (and personally I'd be just fine without that too) it can pack up and go home. My thoughts are turning to warmer places. Like Hawaii.
I loved the time we got to spend in Hawaii, and not just because it was warm. There was a very laid back attitude to everything on the islands. People just kind of went with the flow. The picture above is of my kids on the beach, running away from the waves, and just kind of enjoying a little time with nature.
Of course, there's more than one way to deal with nature...
